There are many places where people experience a lack of love, even in the church, as well as in the family. This word love has withered away from the lives of many people.

What else do you do during a taxi ride, other than chat? And what else does Kushi talk about other than Jesus – when the opportunity arises?

He was making his way to one of them who broke down in tears as pastor Tiwan sang a song, embracing her warmly. Jesus was also sitting on the floor. He made himself one with those prisoners when he said the words we quoted: “I was in prison, and you came to visit me.”

Do you know what causes the most suffering in this world? It’s not wars. Not cancer. Not poverty either. It is: Broken family relations. I have no doubt that much more than half of the world’s population live with this kind of hidden pain. It wouldn’t surprise me the least if you’re also one of them.

Monera's mother went to Saudi Arabia as a teenager to earn money. It's very common for Filipinos, but at the age of eighteen she became pregnant with the neighbor of the family where she was a maid. Monera is the child she gave birth to. Since it is strictly forbidden for Saudis to have children with strangers, her mother had to return home in a hurry, scared and traumatized.

Even though I earned a lot when I worked on that boat, I was always restless and lacked peace. Now that I’m back at CGC, I have peace all the time. I don’t regret it at all. Money doesn’t mean anything.

This elderly man knew that he would soon die, but his mind was very clear. He requested people from the church to come and tell him more about Jesus. He also asked the pastor to come and pray for him.

All of them had had a personal encounter with Jesus and received a calling to serve him. Some had been taken into Heaven; others had seen the fire of Hell. Some of the kids had gotten a specific calling to serve God through prayer.

After about two hours of intense prayer, Gahatraj walked over to give her mother a last kiss on her forehead, as his last sign of love. As he bows down to kiss her, he sees sweat drops on her skin. He puts his cheek to her face and immediately feels that her body is warm. Shortly after, the lady opens her eyes.

He suddenly remembered and replied, “that’s right! I died and came to heaven, but I was met by two angels who said, ‘You can’t come here yet. Your church is weak, and you have to go back and help them.’

“People couldn’t imagine me becoming a Christian. I was so involved with the Party in all kinds of activity. Reunion of veterans, programs for retired members and so on. Some people wanted to have me as the leader for the worker’s union. But now I only have one union, Gods family.

Full of excitement, he told his pastor that he had received the gift to read and write. Now, the same pastor who had earlier encouraged Dieu to believe for a reading miracle, had trouble believing in a writing miracle.

In December 2015 my brother called the police, and they came to force me to abandon Christ. I said I would not give up following him. I told them that I believe in Jesus Christ, and that does no harm to anyone. After a while the police left, but my brother and His family still really hated me for becoming a Christian.

My grandfather was involved in dark magic, so we actually lived in an atmosphere of demonic influence. When my grandfather passed away, he passed all these demons on to my mother. At a point she passed out, and when she woke up again, she was out of her mind.

If they do not have a live pig, then they must bring their child and offer them as a tribute for the ceremony; this can include dedicating them to the temple for service. After the ceremonial offering, the convert is demanded to openly deny Jesus Christ.

From my apartment, I could see a church, and one day while I was at home, I clearly heard a voice speaking: “You need to go to the church, that’s the only place you can get help”. Faith started to grow inside me that I could get help if I went to church.

I go to church every Sunday, and I feel so blessed, loved and taken care of by my Christian brothers and sisters there. They make me feel at home. Even greater than that is the fact that I have peace in my heart.

They went to visit this sister, and while they were there, something happened. A boy, maybe around 7-8 years old came in. He was totally naked, and his body was full of wounds. Neema says that he was filled with an enormous compassion and love for this boy, and he just wanted to pray for him.

Sin took everything away from him; his money, his job and his family. His reputation had also been destroyed. He was born in a very good family, with a father who worked as an officer in the army, and a mother holding a prominent position in the government.

This night Kumar was sure he was going to die. He had been coughing for so long that he just felt his body couldn’t take it any longer. Then, suddenly, a thought came to his mind.

Once Seksim was asked to come to a camp where 450 soldiers were sick. The leaders had tried to get help from witchdoctors, but with no result. They had also tried to summon other Christians to help, but those Christians had not wanted to go there because of the witchdoctors in that area.

Years of boxing and ruthless drinking had taken its toll. His condition worsened quickly and dramatically. In two weeks he lost more than 50% of his weight, down to 31 kg! The doctor told him in plain words that there was no way for him to survive. Such a loss of weight in such short time only pointed in one direction: Roy’s life was over.

It dawned for the young man, and he said “That’s right! I died, and I came to heaven. But when I came there I was met by two angels which told me it was too early for me to come to heaven. I had to go back to my church and help the people there, because their worship is so week”.

Suddenly he heard the Spirit say to him "watch out!" He looked up, and he saw that the lady stood there, and all the villagers were at the edge of running away; full of fear, but still curious about what was going to happen.  Led by the Spirit, Thom said that everyone who would not worship God, had to leave the room immediately. Only those who would submit to God could be there.

Ko Aung attacked and managed to kill the bear in the trap, but what he didn’t know was that there were two more bears waiting behind him. They both attacked him, and they bit him in the head until it crunched. Both of his ears as well as the scalp were torn loose.

He also told that his wife had lost many children in miscarriage, so this was their first child. He said that he had worked as a migrant worker in India. During his stay there, someone had told him about a man called Jesus, whom had risen from the dead, and had power over sickness.

While we were praying, a lady stood up and shared with excitement that Jesus had healed her. While she was sharing her testimony, a Muslim lady walked by. She stopped outside and listened, after a while she got so curious that she came in to the store where we were gathered. After only a short while she said “can you pray for me too? I am also sick and want to get healed.” Everybody were shocked. It was the first time they had experienced a Muslim who asked the Christians for prayer.

In Chinese prison cells, there is absolutely nothing. Only the floor was made of dirt. And some blood on the floor and the walls. There was nothing to sleep on other than the floor, and they had painted lines to indicate the area each of us was to sleep inside—about 50 centimeters wide.  

The doctor examined him and told him they might be able operate again but that he would have no stomach and could not live long. He’d spent all his money, was forlorn and had no hope.

Hanna is struggling to keep her tears back when she is telling about the first time she was arrested, seven years ago.

Before I met Jesus Christ, I was one of the street children in our area. I look after customers' cars, and I also sell candles at the church. I was also a rebellious child and always rebelled against my parents.

I felt God's protection, His love and forgiveness, His protection and care for my children and true peace in my heart. So the time came when I decided to forgive.

When I was 32 years old, in 1990, I had ovarian cancer. There weren't many people with cancer back then, so when I got sick, everyone thought I was going to die. The doctor said I could live another month.

Bernard was 13 years old when the whole family received salvation from Christ Jesus. Until then, Bernard never stopped believing in God and served Him faithfully. Sadly, his father died already while his mother still alive.

She herself had defects, and everyone was worried that the baby would not be born healthy. Everyone objected and forced her to have an abortion. She was confused and didn't know what to decide.

I have doubts about my identity, about my purpose on this earth, about the future... Many questions come to me. As a teenager and growing up, going through many difficulties, trials and traumas,...

Now I feel very at peace when I call God my Father. Thank God for giving me a spiritual family. I have been able to attend warm meals with my brothers and sisters and I felt like I belonged to this loving family.

Dilak himself could not remember coming back to life until nine or ten in the morning, but he remembers well what he was experiencing while he was out of the body.

The Multi purpose center is full of activities every day. It is a drop in center for street children, where they can get a meal. At daytime the house also serves as a day care center for children that have not yet started school.

We brought him back to his hut and made a plan to build a small house for him. The next morning, some of our friends went out to give him some food. They told us that he already was dead. We found him in the last minute and the Lord found him before he passed away.”

“There was a woman that was both deaf and dumb, and badly equipped in life. A young woman lived somewhere in north of India. She got raped and became pregnant. Because of this, everyone grew a hate for her.

His sister-in-law, however, sent some other Christians to him a couple of days later, and they asked politely if they could pray for him. Tim accepted it, and said that if he got healed by the name of Jesus, he would believe in him. The Christians anointed him with oil, and prayed over him in Jesus’ Name. After an hour, his hand was completely mobile, and all the pain was gone. 

«After a while I started to notice the sounds around me; that some were laughing, and some were crying. At that point I noticed that something had happened to me, to my body. My sister said that I looked different, and when I looked in the mirror the swelling was gone. I was so surprised and happy, the doubt disappeared, and I knew that God you are real, you have healed me!»

“Since that wondrous day in 1979 our people has been waiting” the lady explains. “Waiting for someone to come and tell us more about this God that was hanging at a cross”.

One day recently, when I took time to pray with God, I felt to pray for my best friend who I had not been in contact with for almost two years.

My father passed away when I was in 6th grade. Without my father, our family had a hard time.

One day, when I went to the other side of the stream to set up a net, the water didn't rise when I went, but when I returned, it had. At that moment, my raft went into the water, and I was in the middle of the stream, holding on to the rope, ...

In February 2023, I had a chance to attend the AsiaLink Conference. Before that, I had not encountered the Holy Spirit, although I was born in a Christian Family.

I want to share about God's healing. A few years ago, I suffered from arthritis. When the weather is cold and when I lift some heavy things, this arthritis occurs. At such times, I cannot even walk.
